Why is it that so many people who move out of London make it a fundamental aspect of their personality to feel angrily superior about the city and how bad it is in every way to live here, actually?

Like, I've never once met a Londoner who gave a crap where you choose to live or had a go at you about it. Never. Why would we? It's weird.

And the ex-Londoners responding with rants about why London is so bad.... You are illustrating my point, but not answering my question.
