I’m reading a book about living in France in world war 2, after they became occupied. When ration books & black markets couldn’t get you basic supplies & food, when your possessions & homes were commandeered, you were bombed, wounded, walking for days to escape.

Now is nothing.
Nothing for us, here in the UK, but millions of people are still affected and displaced by war in many other countries.

Now they are facing a double hardship with Covid19 running through the world.
Refugee camps where people thought they had reached safety, offer little or no protection. Cramped together in often squalid conditions, diseases already run rampantly through them. They are some of the most vulnerable people. Unprotected, unprepared.
