firstly, just look at the photos side by side... same smile. same posture. same vibes.
david always makes videos of him being nice to others, giving them teslas, money, tickets to their favorite artist, etc. phineas (and ferb) always create things for others. yes they're bored during summer, but they also make it so everyone can have fun.
listen to "gitchee gitchee goo" and "david dobriks haunted house", their voices are so similar.. i don't know how to explain.
we rarely ever see david get angry. like, he always tries to see the best in a situation... same with phineas! they never focus on the negative (or if they do, they don't show it) so they can make things enjoyable for everyone.

david wears the same three pieces of clothing, phineas is a fucking cartoon and always wears the same clothing. every episode.
they both radiate chaotic good energy. like.. they do some Extreme shit. as mentioned; david buys people teslas and shit, phineas (and ferb) build shit for others.. ex: a fucking rollercoaster.
they're both selfless!!! phineas hardly ever thinks about things for himself, and same with david. the reason he has a youtube channel is to make others laugh.
lastly .... have you Ever seen them in the same room together at the Same time? exactly.
add ons: phineas' birthday is april first (yeah i researched..) aka april fools day. what is david most known for? his pranks on his friends. what do people do on april fools day? yeah..
