Helen Whately unable to explain:
-What was on RAF plane which has arrived from Turkey with PPE.
-How many social care workers have had #COVID19 tests (although 18K & #39;referred& #39;).
-What the communications error was that led to UK missing early stages of a key EU procurement scheme.

However @Helen_Whately said govt is piloting & #39;mobile testing& #39; and looking into home testing too.
