It won't be blithely ignored in these times when TV rights are so important. And clearly offers clubs an avenue to question things.

But if it was blocked, my feeling is that in itself would be challenged in court. That's all just based on what I know of the test, not situation.

And I'm 100% confident that the consortium will have anticipated this and have a riposte/legal argument if it comes up in this stage.
