It doesn't take much time for any court to expose this Govt. But they don't want to do it.

Just ask them if there was indeed conspiracy by students, why were Delhi police top officials and IB top officials not sacked for intelligence failure? Where are those who attacked JNU?

And if they are indeed hardened criminals conspiring against state then as per CJI's logic, things might aggravate if you book them and it would not be a sensible thing to do in the middle of a pandemic.

So what's our jurisprudence eventually?
