@tesco Its great seeing the lengths you are going to for your big stores - but what about your smaller stores like Onestop?! I am having to be tills, replenishment and security - enforcing rules whilst also having to confront numerous shoplifters DAILY. Where is my safety?!

Why won't you pay for security at our doors? Why are we having to be repeatedly abused at work whilst we keep YOUR company running? What about my health? Why are we being paid less to do MORE jobs than your other stores?
WHAT ABOUT ONESTOP?!
We are risking our lives for this!
