The arrest of students & #UmarKhalid under UAPA is the handiwork of 2 police officers - DCP Rajesh Deo and DCP Joy Tirkey.

DCP Deo was transferred by the EC during Delhi polls for being biased & DCP Tirkey has protected ABVP goons.

These arrests under UAPA have been made in the North-East Delhi pogrom case to take focus away from the real perpetrators.

Strangely, despite @DelhiPolice informing me that Kapil Mishra NEVER took permission for his rally during the violence, he has not been booked.

DCP Deo & DCP Tirkey have adopted the Gujarat Model - they owe loyalty to 1 person than to the uniform.

Thats why they were put in charge.

Ergo, it is the duty of EVERY patriotic Indian to delve deep into the antecedents of these 2 officers & remind them of their jobs.

That's what #OperationPoliceIntegrity seeks to do:

Use department sources, open source intelligence, asset declarations, RTIs, and finally, court cases to personally go after cops who do the bidding of the ruling party.

It's time they were held PERSONALLY accountable.

While they conduct their witch-hunt against students, we (a small group) intend to conduct a probe into their motivations & antecedents.
