Those who can pay, they subscribe + improve their immunity.

We cannot fight #COVIDー19 merely thru Govt efforts,they r miniscule in numbers + infra immature + processes colonial, but this pandemic is changing a lot of things and will leave us wiser.

We barely have 20K police stations in India, v need more self administered discipline.
