This is my friend Ian unfortunately Ian took his own life on the 14 March 2019 after the death of a close friend of his.. I think of Ian everyday and I like to think that he& #39;s at peace now but by god do I miss him. I& #39;ve a million photos and videos but these remind me of times before everything got so real, Ian tried to reach out for help but got got told to"come back"

Our mental health situation in this country is an absolute joke!! Imagine reaching out to the "mental health" services of the country and being told "there& #39;s not really much we can do & come back in a months time"

Some of the last things he said to his mam was "I& #39;ve reached out and done my bit but they don& #39;t want to help" it& #39;s been just over a year since he passed away and I& #39;m still struggling to talk about it but fuck this country and it& #39;s shitty mental health support

I don& #39;t care what people think of these tweets he was my friends and he asked the professionals for help and they done nothing to help him because they were under budget! That turns my fucking stomach
