3) Brazil: Huge fluctuations. Bad data.

COVID death rate per million population:
1) Low and growing: India, Japan, Canada, Finland.
2) High and growing: Belgium, UK, Sweden and US.
3) Perspective: Flu deaths per million: 20 (US, CDC).
