Ok so I just heard the Fiona Apple album.

Whilst listening to this album I’ve had many thoughts on the way and why I listen to music. My main genres include Hip Hop and some Electronic which is obvious if you’ve followed my account up until this point.

The reason I am writing this thread is to explain that with albums like this that aren’t typically my personal favourite, that also gain critical acclaim, I think it is very important for me to try and understand the appeal and interest in the album even if I don’t love it
