I& #39;m having a terrible e-commerce experience with @Walgreens. I placed an order on April 8, realized it was shipping to an old address (in CA and I live in GA now) and I& #39;ve called at least 6x and they& #39;re still shipping the pkg to the LA address. 1/x
I realized my order was going to the wrong address 3 minutes after I got the confirmation email, so I called RIGHT AWAY. They took my new address down, then proceeded to ship the 1st part of my order to LA. They did at least courtesy ship me the 1st part. I got it last week. 2/x
I called so many times b/c every time I checked online the confirmation still had my LA address even though they assured me that the address had been received & that the first part was shipped out by an external fulfillment house that wouldn& #39;t allow them to change my addy. 3/x
I knew every customer service person was pretty much lying to me and several times I& #39;ve asked if I could just cancel the 2nd part of my order (even tonight) and the response I got was to try to contact Fedex on my own to see if I could try to change the address. #customersvc 4/x
So as much as I& #39;ve been a loyal customer, I have to warn you, to NEVER order online from @Walgreens, because they are LEGIT extremely terrible at what they do there... and I thought that I& #39;d had bad experiences before. #customersvc 5/5
Follow up to this thread - I finally see that the pkg is coming here to GA. I should receive it by EOD tmrw... thanks @WAGSocialCare for your response and apologies if I was not the most polite this AM. I was frustrated by having to call the Online customer service so much.
