2 days of this kind of internet service. I paid for 11mbps - ON TIME, DESPITE ECQ. and yet PLDT cannot hold up their end of the contract. Payment extension is useless.

Where in the contract does it say that providing 400kbps is equivalent to the amount I pay monthly for 11mbps?? "For more urgent matters, call 171" - yeah sure, to get an automated reply that doesn& #39;t even send me "repair ticket" details after asking for my mobile. I must have 4.
I& #39;ve called via PLDT landline, mobile, DM on Twitter, FB. Don& #39;t tell me I haven& #39;t been trying. I can& #39;t work. So please, tell me this isn& #39;t urgent. If I can& #39;t pay for next billing on time, my plan gets IMMEDIATELY cut off. 1 day late? DEACTIVATE ACCOUNT.
Not to mention the consistent borderline harassment of calling my landline all day, every day 1 week before payment deadline "reminding" to pay. YEAH REMINDING ME AT LEAST 3 TIMES A DAY. I& #39;ve called and specified so many times to discontinue the reminders via calls. NOPE.
