In the year 1988,

A young Arsene Wenger brought a certain young African, a Liberian named George Weah from a Cameroonian club in Yaounde to play for his AS Monaco team in France.
Fast forward to 1996, Weah was arguably the best footballer in the world, spearheading the attack for the great Italian side - AC Milan and Wenger was managing in Japan (Nagoya Grampus Eight) prior to his move to Arsenal in September of the said year.
Weah was nominated for the Ballon d'or (the top individual prize a footballer could win) and he invited Wenger to the Award ceremony. Wenger said he dressed casually & wasn't even allowed to come in by the security, he literally had to namedrop Weah to be let into the event.
Weah was named the Ballon d'or winner, he invited Arsene to the stage & presented the award to him, saying he deserves it more than him because he is the one responsible for all he has gone to achieve which personally includes the African Footballer of the Year,
Champions League top scorer, European footballer of the Year and of course the two global awards existing at the time: the Ballon d'Or and the FIFA World Player of the Year award amongst a full cabinet of team trophies.
Weah is the current president of Liberia and in 2018 presented Wenger with the highest award in Liberia - "Knight Grand High Commander of di Humane Order of African Redemption". a testament of the good relationship that exists between the two.
In whatever means you can, help that individual today, uplift that nobody, treat them well while you're at the process and expect nothing in return because tomorrow is indeed pregnant. Echi dị ime. Fear God!
