Is there anybody on the TL who’s been in a happy relationship for longer than 7 years that wouldn’t describe it as hard work? Idk how I feel about describing relationships like that, but that could also be my naïveté.

Hard work doesn’t necessarily mean it’s not enjoyable, but does it have to be hard?
