What resources do you all recommend for: 1) targeting ED symptoms while at home with increased contact with difficult stimuli, and 2) targeting ED symptoms within a Stage I #DBT model (while life threatening bxs are relatively controlled)? Any help is greatly appreciated! (2/3)
