Beginning in the year 2010, after Chanology, Occupy, and the Arab Spring, a huge chunk of the "extremely online" were psyopped into being either SJW commies, or outright neonazis, or somewhere along that spectrum.

So, I've been mulling over this for a while, and I still suspect I might just be totally bonkers and there's no truth to this theory at all, but I started to take it much more seriously when I met a few people with the exact same kind of background feeling in their heads...

...that something really weird happened around the turn of the last decade. It was too gradual to be detected right away, but sudden enough to leave a very bad taste in my mouth, a looming alienation, an itch on my head that I kept scratching at but never satisfying.

This is unscripted and totall off the cuff, so forgive me if I'm a bit sloppy. I supposed I should start at the beginning. Maybe later I'll write a final version, but for now I just want to get my thoughts together.

What I can say definitively is that the culture of the internet pre-2010 was starkly different from the culture post-2010.
