next is my good sis sage. it just adds that extra oomph to literally anything. just use a lil tho, she goes a long way. Also she looks like oui’d so I like that
next is rosemary. she’s like the one person you know who truly does no wrong. I love to use it whenever I roast chicken. Also great for basting meat in hot oil/butter for searing on the stove.
next is mint. she is SO versatile. not feeling well? Use her for tea. want to make a an easy marinated? olive oil, salt, pepper, and mint. Just want your life to improve? Mint.
next is basil. she’s a well known Italian queen, but what I really didn’t know until I came to college was that she’s very well known in Asia as well. Thai basil will ELEVATE your next stir fry.
next is the one and only cilantro. I feel like out of all herbs, she’s the only one who can compliment any other herb. cilantro + mint? yes. cilantro + basil? absolutely. cilantro + thyme? groundbreaking. u feel me?
next are chives. they taste like onion, what more do I have to say?
