I have been struggling to find an appropriate approach to convey this message to you. Unfortunately, this is my last resort.
I understand once a season is over the seasonal pass rank rewards are gone however, during the season of the undying I was suffering a hellish bout (cont.)

of depression and was off sick from work for 3 weeks and was physically and mentally unable to progress throughout all of the 100 season ranks and at the time did not think to purchase the remainder of the pass (as i have a seasonal pass). I was wondering if you could (cont.)

possibly allow an exception for me to now purchase the rest of the season of undying seasonal rank rewards?

On another note, in general i think it is unfair that people who purchase the year seasonal pass are unable to claim the rewards purely because they cannot (cont.)

commit the time to grind the ranks for any possible reason.

That aside could you please contact me regarding purchasing the remainder of the season of the undying seasonal ranks please.
