As one of the folks who shined a light on Harvard getting CARES Act emergency relief $$, it was NOT from the PPP pool, it was a separate part of CARES pool.

Harvard all the other unis should pay it back. And Congress should be shamed, as should the journalists misreporting this

CARES was meant as emergency relief $. Small biz received-via PPP- less than 20% of the $2 trillion, but small biz makes up HALF the economy.

Any entity- university or otherwise- that was not put in an emergency situation by the govt shutting them down should return the damn $
