I don’t know who needs to hear this but don’t let your attachment type results define you!
Just because your highest weighting was with an attachment type with unhealthy traits that doesn’t mean you are bound to that type or that’s now a label you must carry!
They have labels and categories for educational/practical reasons but they’re to help understand and categorise the common traits, not to put you in a box.
If you’ve recently taken the rest and found that you may have unhealthy attachment habits, use the results to learn about attachment, do some reading, ask yourself questions, process old feelings, talk about/journal through any events/key memories; but most importantly..
Unlearn the unhealthy things and work towards changing your mindset🧡🧡🧡🧡🧡
