testing reagents that could scale. I& #39;d get all the labs with QPCR machines and robots into regional cooperatives and get them up to scratch so they can do a good test for the local NHS.

@NotWIMM Superlabs will take a long time to get up to speed. Plus they will always be slower. Regional test hubs of satellite labs led by a central NHS lab would provide capacity and speed. Which is exactly what is needed for contact tracing.
