I know a lot of you are young and just want these idols you look up to and genuinely like to be have these “woke” ideals especially when it comes to sexuality. But holding a pride flag is not supporting the LGBT community in any way, shape, or form. https://twitter.com/fairwon/status/1252320548509626368">https://twitter.com/fairwon/s...
Nor is covering a Lady Gaga song or wearing clothes their stylist picked out for them. Like stoppppppppppp.
This post isn’t saying these idols are homophobic(also don’t waste your time explaining who these idols are, I listen to most of them). What I was saying is that rewarding bare minimum actions (e.g. holding a pride flag that was thrown at them most likely) isn’t pro-LGBT.
Let me also add that not everything in OP’s thread is something I would consider “bare minimum”. This being a prime example of being the opposite of that. https://twitter.com/fairwon/status/1252322416954572803?s=21">https://twitter.com/fairwon/s... https://twitter.com/fairwon/status/1252322416954572803">https://twitter.com/fairwon/s...
Another good example in OP’s thread. Fuck it up Dahyun. https://twitter.com/fairwon/status/1252322740830441478?s=21">https://twitter.com/fairwon/s... https://twitter.com/fairwon/status/1252322740830441478">https://twitter.com/fairwon/s...
Here’s girl group DIA with their song Female Friend(Between Us) that has pretty much been universally seen as a song about lesbian love, let’s give them a shout out!
