Today was rough. Lockdown is really reaching breaking point for many people. Remember: there& #39;s no right way to get through this. Binge TV shows! Or go for a walk! You can cry if you want! Or change your diet. Or don& #39;t!

Only you can tell you how to cope.
Don& #39;t be mad if friends don& #39;t reply. They& #39;re also dealing with this shit! You don& #39;t HAVE to do that challenge that your friend tagged you in on Facebook.

It& #39;s hard, but there will be a time you look back on this lockdown and say "what the fuck was THAT about?".
