So much of the anxiety I feel right now surrounds the fact that I feel like I should be doing SOMETHING more with this extra time we've been gifted. I should be reading more books? cooking more interesting recipes? learning a new skill? meditating? more yoga? more zooms?
But if Steve Kerr is "not really doing anything" other than family dinners...maybe I don't need to feel guilty for having only read one chapter in my book, made mostly chicken fingers for lunch, failed greatly at a meditation challenge, and learned zero new skills.
