Ah..no. local vets know where PMR is. She purposefully contacted an out of county vet hospital, that we DO use to BRING horses to. She knew perfectly well all the local vets would say...PMR hasn't called us. There is no permission. The vet went to the wrong place because they thought it was PMR! I have the bill
