Here’s a weird one.
I have a repetition problem. My brain will latch on to a partial phrase, and repeat it back to me over, and over, and over again.

This is normally harmless, until I’m trying to fall asleep, and my brain is going “butwhatifI-butwhatifI-butwhatifI-butwhatifI...” like a skipping record.
Don’t ask me why this happens, I don’t know at the moment.

Perhaps the worst is that this happens with sensations, too, at night with my eyes closed. A sense of rocking in a hammock, or my eyes scanning right to left, imaginary lights repeat across my vision like I’m walking down a long hallway...
It makes getting to sleep hard.
