Relevant topics include management styles, decision-making, research methods, diversity and inclusion, and ethics.

Take S.H.I.E.L.D., for example.

Org comm would study the way Director Nick Fury communicates with The Avengers, and the ethics behind using the Tesseract to make weapons.

Let's also apply this to #GreysAnatomy .

From an org comm perspective, we can analyze the way information flows from the surgical interns to the residents to the attendings, all the way to the Chief of Surgery.

No matter how big or small, every organization needs to know how to communicate properly. As a graduate student, you will learn how to facilitate information within and between organizations, as well as between organizations and the public.
