When would I consider buying.......

Energy: When multiple Major players in shale go BK.

Airlines: Ditto.

Financials: Maybe -- AFTER large dividend cuts and resulting panic.

I won't compete with the government, and allow their bailouts to distort valuation.

Waiting.

My view on bailouts -- largely:

It's stealing from disciplined buyers. Capital will be there at the right price. Always.
