Skin care “secrets” that I’ve learned over time. A thread.

This one’s for people who already some form of a routine. If you don’t even have at all, I’ll make another thread later :)

First of all, please, I take God beg you. Wash. Your. Pillowcases. Change it up 2-3 times a week. Dirt and clear skin do not go together. Thnx.

Take the time to find the combo/routine that works for you. It’s not everytime cetaphil x neutrogena. You actually have to keep buying & testing until you find the one for you!

Use sun screen! I’ve heard the strangest things about how sun screen wasn’t made for black people etc etc. All those weird dark spots and discoloration is caused by exposure to the sun’s harsh rays. Pls cover up dear. Use SPF today!

There are some natural exfoliators x spot removers that no one really talks about. Honey & Sugar as an exfoliator is actually elite. You can also use it on other parts of your body

Ever heard of the 60 sec rule? This one isn’t for when your food falls down. It’s for applying your exfoliator/scrub. You should gently rub across your face for at least 60 seconds before you wash. Don’t rush!

Last but not the least: be consistent. Do your morning + night like it’s homework and watch your skin FLOURISH
