I wanna do a serie of redesign/fanart of my favourite xmen so here's the first pair
I wanted to acentuate nightcrawler's pirate love and his circus artist past, and logan's just a chonky dirty man
Also I liked having contrast in their body shapes

Second #xmen pair, Jean Grey and Cyclops. I love the idea of a chubby Jean snce her whole thing is mind over matter, and she has no reason to be especially fit or skinny. Plus it creates contrast with my favourite type of cyclops, tall skinny legend. Also matching jackets uwu

Bi power couple! Rogue is just my ideal look, and I tried to up the 'shitty magicien' vibe of gambit. Also I didn't look up what any of their cats look like

Morally ambivalent saphics! I think mystique should always be ready to get her tits out and emma should wear actual clothes. Also I gave mystique pointy ears to get her closer to her son and Emma is just. pointy

Cable's just gotta be Big, and I wanted him to keep some pouches as well as bable's cape and his necklace bc I think they're funky. Wolfsbane is very small bc I love the idea of a small girl turning into a HUGE beast, and she's gotta be hairy. Mostly I just love her x factor look

It's all about a square mutant and his tall weirdly proportioned alien boyfriend with hollow bones
