Well, today "Amnesty" has been trending, because they had the fucking audacity to point out the new owners of Newcastle United have some ... um ... moral imperfections ...

Let's look at one tweet on this trend, and at the account that made it.

Kate's not happy with AI.

So, is Kate a long-time NUFC supporter?

Does she head up to St. James Park & support the Toon every other week?

I suspect not ...

(full disclosure: I've encountered Ms. Stewart on Twitter before)

Kate's been kicking around on Twitter since 15th March 2018. She's got 90,686 tweets on file, or about 118/day as a mean.

Over the past 14 days, she's tweeted at least 3,231x, or ~212x/day as a mean.

Well. Busy woman. On Twitter anyway.

What does Kate tweet about?

Curiously, mostly about Saudi, Riyadh, and what a jolly good place it is, governed wisely and well by its enlightened Royal leadership.

4/8
In just over 2 years, Kate's accumulated 17,781 followers.

That's a lot for an otherwise anonymous account.

A lot.

Here's a sample of her followers. It's quite typical, in fact, perhaps slightly unrepresentative of the number of accounts based in Saudi who follow her.

Now, as I mentioned before, I've encountered Kate before.

This is what she tweeting on 30th November 2018.

#/we_love_mbs indeed ...

Now, I'm pretty conservative these days in making attributions, but frankly, between you and me ... I don't believe Kate Stewart exists.

In fact, I believe Kate Stewart is a fabricated account run by the Saudi regime to gaslight & bamboozle users & spread Saudi propaganda.

I know!

Shocking, eh?

And, what's more, on the various NUFC threads "she" to which she has contributed, all the NUFC fans have fallen for it hook, line & sinker.

I've reported "her" to Twitter *repeatedly*.

"She"'s not the only such account, of course.

PS

Here's Kate's activity over the past 14 days.
PPS

I've just noticed that the follower sample doesn't render any of the Arabic script in their descriptions.

Here's a screenshot instead.
