Groupthink: are there any articles concerning ASL acquisition by deaf children of deaf parents that are younger than 2008 (i.e., 2009 to present)? All that I've found is of oral deaf, deaf children w/ hearing parents, etc. Am I missing something? I'm unsettled by this.
To be clear, I have a criterion that narrows down papers to those that map ASL development. The latest I've found is Meier et al. (2008) and Pizer et al. (2008). Even those are stretching the limits of the aforementioned criterion.
