I'm assuming that because of COVID-19, Sony understandably reduced their staff because when I tried to contact someone about my faulty transaction, NO ONE was there. Automated response via phone saying no one was there, chat bars on their Unhelpful Support site saying the same...
After hours of being thrown in looping hoops of no answers, I disputed my charge. I had the right to get my money back, especially when I canceled the subscription!

I got my money back, but my PSN is now banned...
Not only can I not access PSN, but now all 37 game that I have downloaded are UNPLAYABLE and LOCKED because for some reason you need to be online to access your digital library.
PlayStation gave my money back at the cost of my ENTIRE library...
Now I am thrown back into the loop of "Call our support team. There's no one on the other line, go to our support site. You shouldn't have done that :)" with no way of contacting support or gauging how long my ban will last...
I hope someone sees this thread just so they know that PlayStation is one of the most unprofessional companies I've ever seen. You can't ban someone for requesting the money you stole in the first place...
If there's any way I can contact SOMEONE at PlayStation or otherwise to help me, I would greatly appreciate it.
As of now, I am losing faith in PlayStation and Sony for what they've done to me.
