When I speculate on what will make me rage-quit the tech industry, websites with massive accessibility and readability fails, from companies who really should know better, is odds-on favourite.
If you want me to take your documentation tool seriously, you need to convince me you actually care about communicating with people and helping users achieve their goals. All people. All users.
Because that's what I'll be trying to do with your tool, and if you haven't thought about basics like colour contrast in your own docs, why would I trust you to create a tool to power my own help sites?
