HOW THE $ FOR SMALLER BANKS WORKS in this tentative deal. Again, aide familiar:

- $60 B is set aside for them.
- Half is specifically for banks with < $10 billion in assets
- The other half is for banks with assets of $10 billion - $50 billion

Update - it's actually $320 for PPP. That includes some money for processing, but it is all bundled together. Depends on how the SBA operates.
