If I could get accurate test results from anywhere in the world, I would want serological (antibody) results from Lombardy and NYC.

What percentage of the populations of those regions are now COVID-19 positive as a result of the punishing outbreaks they are still going through?
My continuing concern is that penetration of COVID-19 is shallow among the general population (~3%), and that the spread of the disease is markedly slower and more damaging than currently believed. (In Iowa the spread east to west has been very, very slow over the past month.)
Iowa recorded its first COVID-19 death on 03/24/20, almost a month ago.

At that time the runaway hot spot in Iowa was Johnson County, with 37 confirmed cases.

Today, Johnson has 380 cases.

Story County - home to ISU - has only 19, or half of Johnson's total from a month ago.
Even allowing for variations in (or attempts to suppress) testing in different counties, the seats of Iowa's two R1/AAU public research universities -- which both have transient populations, and are among Iowa's eight largest counties -- show a 20x difference in confirmed cases.
