THREAD 1/ I’ve been trying to get across to people for a year & a half since I joined twitter that with this admin & 45*’s cronies it’s not a matter of what they “can” or “cannot” do or what is “legal” or “illegal.” They can & will do anything they want whether it is legal or not

2/ & whether or not they have a factual/legal basis to file a lawsuit such as the one Barr is considering now against states for not opening up faster. “They” are getting away with everything “they” choose to do & are not being stopped. They have been emboldened & will cont

3/ to break the law @ will. Filing lawsuits depletes resources & funds unnecceszqrily & diverts attention from their criminality. States are trying to save the lives of their residents having had NO help from the fed gov’t as they should in a global pandemic. 45* provides a

4/ Plan to reopen the economy w no testing & predictive factors embedded therein so facially it fails. Now he invites violence & uprisings against states that remain closed even if those states plan to utilize his “guidelines.” It’s preposterous. He’s stealing supplies from

5/ states who working like the dickens to get necessary supplies & life saving treatments for the sick to make a profit on the backend. His hotels r losing money & his unsecured debtors like to paint houses. He’s doesn’t care if we live or die nor do those who kowtow @ his feet.

6/ Now GA’s governor is opening the state after not really closing it & professing he didn’t know u could be asymptomatic & have the virus. Oh and no testing too. It’s the most aggressive push to satisfy his leader & he will be rewarded appropriately. The danger is unlimited

7/ as states not only enact the “guidelines” provided by 45* without testing measures but also bc certain leaders in states are in trump’s pocket & will curry favor w him above protecting the health & safety of their state citizens. W the support of AG Barr they r 2 empowered.

8/ If trump & Barr seek time force states to open against their wishes (and hence violative of the constitution) by any measures they further solidify their culpability in all criminally negligent charges that currently cont to build against them. Sadly more people will die. We

9/ don’t even know people who passed away from this virus since last November or when it was established it was here in the states (maybe January) unless those ppl are exhumed. The death toll will cont to rise as reported deaths are properly tabulated from all locations. Now

10/ trump & co want to exacerbate that death count purely to make money. That is it. The power comes w the money. We will be able to compute exactly how many deaths were attributable to their actions. We. Will. Never. Forget. And they will be held accountable. Be safe & smart.END
