در این پرونده پس از تحمل انواع شکنجه‌ها و ۴۶ روز حبس در شرایط بسیار اسفناک وزرا و قرچک، به سه ماه و یک روز حبس و ۱۰ ضربه شلاق محکوم شدم
بخاطر اعتراض علیه کشتار
بخاطر همدردی با خانواده‌های کشته‌شدگان هواپیمای اوکراینی
بخاطر دفاع از حقوق همه انسانها

در پرونده هیچگونه مدرکی در خصوص

کیفرخواست صادره (اخلال در نظم و آسایش عمومی از طریق شرکت در تجمع غیرقانونی (ویژه تجمع دی ماه ۱۳۹۸ هواپیما) وجود نداشت. حتی از منظر قوانین جمهوری اسلامی باید تبرئه میشدم اما نه تنها به حبس بلکه به شلاق هم محکوم شده‌ام. البته ناگفته نماند که با توجه به اینکه پیش از

صدور حکم، انواع و اقسام شکنجه‌ها را- که در هیچ یک از قوانین ذکر نشده و اتفاقا خود آن اعمال جرم تلقی میشوند- را خود و خانواده‌ام متحمل شدیم، در صورتیکه حتی اگر تبرئه هم میشدم، این تبرئه یک تبرئه واقعی نبود.

نظر به اینکه دادگاه‌های تجدید نظر به دادگاه‌های #تایید_نظر تبدیل شده،

از اعتراض به حکم خودداری کردیم.

افتخار میکنم به همراهی و همدردی با انسانها در فضای حقیقی و خشن خیابان

حبس و شلاق به مدت یک سال تعلیق شده است.

Case update: after suffering many types of torture and 46 days in jail in the terrible conditions of Vozara detention and Qarchak prison, I have been sentenced to 3 months and 1 day prison and 10 lashes. For what?

Because of protesting against the slaughter of human beings,
Because of showing sympathy for the families of those who perished on the Ukraine airline crash,
Because of defending the rights of all humans
Because... There

was no evidence against me, so I ought to have been acquitted, but instead I was sentenced not only to imprisonment, but also flogging.

And of course, even before the verdict was handed down, I was forced to endure all

kinds of torture, none of which is sanctioned by law, and which ought to be considered crimes in themselves.

We have refrained from appealing against the verdict because the appeal courts have turned into

affirmative tribunals.

I'm proud of attending and sympathizing with human beings in the real harsh environment of streets, this is my conviction and the costs.

The sentence is suspended for 1 year.
