-wear pads that are for your size. Having the smallest pad for heavy flowers could leave you bloody.
- you should change up to 1 hr - 3hrs a day for those who have it heavy.

*(for all my ice eaters, please do not eat ice on your period. It causes more cramps)*
- no spicy foods. Having cramps + spicy foods isn’t a good mix.
