@USAttyBrady As a retired career soldier who defended and supported the Constitution, I ask for you to intervene for the people of Western Pennsylvania. With the understanding that Article VI's Supremacy Clause establishes the Constitution as the supreme law of the land. /1
And understanding that the Governor has broad powers during an emergency, he has abused that power in the following manner. He has violated the following civil rights guaranteed under the 1st and 5th Amendments:

By issuing his "stay at home order" he has placed the citizens of your district under virtual house arrest. He has done so with minimal, if any scientific evidence that the vast majority of the people of the western district have are sick with or have been exposed to COVID-19 /3
In doing so, the Governor has violated the people's 1st amendment right to peacefully assemble without just cause. He has also illegally deprived the people of the Western District of their liberty, without due process of law violating the 5th Amendment prohibition to do so. /4
In fact the people's representative have passed legislation that would require the Governor to follow the CDC's guidelines. Reports are that he will veto the will of the people's representatives. This is unchecked despotism. It should not stand!
