This is Executive Dysfunction and those of us that struggle it can be really damaging and impossible to get past. It can destroy our work days and upset our routines!!

Once again, those of us with disabilities like ADHD or are autistic have been living these experiences!! As Grace shows!

There are methods for coping, but for some of us with Executive Dysfunction related disabilities have varying degrees of being able to cope that fluctuates:
I see so many relating to our every day lived experiences with Executive Dysfunction for the first time. Most will have had mild glimpses, but with such a state of heightened communal stress it’s becoming a norm for everyone.

Again, I’m hoping this leads to more compassion:
Once we’ve all got through this crisis, or even ongoing through it all, I hope this means we can have more compassion for these very real but largely invisible disabilities that we have always lived with and that are also even elevated right now due to stress.
If you’re struggling with things like this, I recommend reading up on Executive Dysfunction & look toward coping strategies aimed at adults with ADHD. It may be enlightening & helpful!
