Right everyone, I need to alert you to the scam company #DPD. At the beginning of March I sent out a @BTCC brake disc table, it never arrived and neither myself or its recipient told anything, other than there was a delay in his area. After a week I rang up only to be told it....
...had been disposed off due to it being broken. I then found out that they said either myself of the buyer had been notified of the damage and we gave them the instruction to open the parcel and check the damage. Neither of us were every notified so neither of us could have....
....given that instruction. After yet more phone calls and ignored emails I was told that the reason it was disposed of was that the glass top had been broken. Investigation emails were all shut down without telling me the result. Lies were told about it us giving them....
Instructions to open it, no evidence of its disposal has been provided. This has been a case of tens of phone calls, 5 different emails, some going on for days, some flat our ignored. Today I spoke with a great guy who confirmed that @dpd_support will not be refunding any money..
I was also told that the table had not been opened. Now, the only way you would know the toughened glass had broken was to open the parcel, as due to the way they are packaged there is no way at all you could ever know. So it& #39;s my bet that someone opened it, saw what it was...
And decided to use the system to have it away for themselves. They will not refund any money at all and as such have taken away money destined for the @mssocietyuk, money I have honoured and given out of my own pocket. @dpd_support @DPDgroup_news are crooks, they are liars and...
Instead of doing the right thing and refunding the money (which even the guy I spoke to at @dpd_support supported), then I have just advised my solicitor to proceed with legal action against them. I urge you all, DO NOT USE #DPD!!! @dpd_support @DPDgroup_news are a joke....
...I havent covered all the lies and misinformation here, but wanted to let you all know of the situation as best I can. At this time I find myself out of pocket, incredible stressed and it has made me ill, setting off MS symptoms etc. @dpd_support prepare yourself, because....
...because I& #39;ve got everything you& #39;ve written down, I have all the proof needed. You& #39;ve pretty much sealed your own fate and even your own employees agree. Id love it if we can get this trending #DoNotUseDPD. Especially If you& #39;ve been screwed by the courier DPD too
