alright turns out nobody in my extended family group chat wants to be a judge (???????????) so me and my parents are gonna look at all eight WONDERFUL entries on a zoom chat and we& #39;ll be back with our decision SHORTLY
Great reaction to the gator entry, the judges “love the imagination and concept”, but unfortunately it’s “lack of substance” let it down. Very excited to see more work from this designer in future!
the judges LOVED this "fresh, fun, in-your-face" entry, even getting a laugh from mama rees, but ultimately the lack of information let it down :(
judges here were a tad overwhelmed by the amount of hollys in this entry, but loved the energy and after some discussion were actually won over by just how much holly rees is in this poster, plus awarded bonus points for having all the necessary info!

Judges were a big fan of the buckfast mention, + commented that this excellent entry is "culturally up to the minute but only if you know about it". sadly in the end it& #39;s main selling point, the tiger king himself, let this one down

the judges wanted to stress the VERY high standards of submissions which made their job very difficult, and has decided to give ALL entries a special commendation prize for such great designs!

papa rees did wish the sandcastle had flags but both judges were very impressed by the work and effort that had clearly gone into this outstanding entry!
