Travellers are now required to wear non-medical masks or face coverings when flying as per new @Transport_gc regulations. To help us all learn what will and won't work we have compiled some famous movie masks as examples. Join us on this educational thread.
Mrs. Doubtfire mask

Pros: It will make your skin look lovely, dear

Cons: Made entirely of cake frosting, does not cover mouth or nose. Ruins a whole cake

Verdict: Passengers with cake masks will not be permitted to travel as per @Transport_gc guidelines
The Mask

Pros: +10 charisma, makes you an excellent dancer

Cons: The mask is definitely cursed and becomes your actual face. People will yell catchphrases like "Somebody stop me!"

Verdict: We do not advise donning the Loki mask. @JimCarrey
Goalie mask

Pros: Stops pucks

Cons: Almost certainly doesn't stop much else

Verdict: We miss @Canucks hockey. @CanucksFIN mask would be far more effective
Zorro mask

Pros: Lets you show off your sweet quarantine 'stache

Cons: Not even in same postal code as mouth and nose

Verdict: While swarthy, Zorro masks won't work for travel through YVR
Exfoliating face mask

Pros: Moisturizes, eliminates fine lines and wrinkles

Cons: Not recommended to wear over extended periods of times so a no go for a long flight

Verdict: No
Phantom of the Opera mask

Pros: Comes with free chandelier

Cons: Chandelier is broken, mask covers only one nostril and only partially

Verdict: Good for opera, bad for air travel
Speaking of chandeliers -

Sia "mask"

Pros: You won't need to pack sunglasses

Cons: Not a mask so much as a hair wall that eliminates your ability to see

Verdict: You will look cool and mysterious like @Sia but will not be permitted to travel
Deadpool mask

Pros: Covers mouth and nose. People will think you're @VancityReynolds

Cons: People will think you're @VancityReynolds

Verdict: We advise you don't bring the swords as accessories
Non-medical mask/face covering

Pros: Covers mouth and nose, complies with @Transport_gc regulations for safe air travel

Cons: None

Verdict: We advise all passengers to read the link in the following tweet and understand all of the guidelines now in place from @Transport_gc.
