i dont like the fact that he neglected his daughter and left her to be raised with his abusive dad who caused major trusting issues to her.

but i can give him points because one,he was busy as a headmaster,two he lost his wife due an illness and three i believe he redeemed himself by asking his best friend to take care of kyoko if something happened to him. thus i believe he was a good man who cared about his family.

i love akihiko. i mean sure he wanted to live his gamer dream ( dragging 10.000 people with it ) but he left his pregnant wife alone to raise his son who he didn& #39;t got to meet as he died in his own video game.

its okay though because he still cares for her and his kid because he allowed Rinko to escape in another country and he most likely left her his money.

he is the king of anime dads and i wish he didn& #39;t die by envy. he deserved a happy life and to see his daughter grow!. i still forgive arakawa for killing him because his death impacted the story and his sacrifice had a meaning to the characters.
