. @sykescottages sent me this, last Wednesday. When I asked about the outcome today, they want me to now deal with @bookingcom, even though it appears all correspondence goes straight back to Sykes anyway. I can’t begin to imagine how few customers will ever use this company again
They’re so proud to support the NHS that they don’t adequately facilitate refunds for their staff who’ve booked holidays they can’t go on. Yay, @sykescottages 🎉
