I'm making cinnamon rolls from scratch.

This icing is decadent.

I'm low on cream cheese so I made a substitution for half mascarpone cheese.
My dough is rising. It isn't sourdough just regular yeast.

But I'm getting a sourdough starter on Friday if anyone wants to send me tips.
Quick tangent - while I wait for the dough to rise Im whipping up a quick lunch. Kale and egg whites.

No I'm not neurotic about my diet, the egg whites are leftover from the cinnamon rolls and I loathe waste!
