31. Atlanta Falcons. You never want to make a new uniform that shoots you to the bottom of the rankings but these are bad, the ATL is small team energy, the fade is abysmal. Will be replaced as soon as the time limit is up
30. Cincinnati Bengals. Like most aspects of the Bengals organisation these uniforms are severely outdated. The helmet gimmick is a bad one, the shoulders are nasty. Nobody looks good in this uniform
